The hotel had cozy rooms that were well-fitted with furniture, but we were disappointed that our upgrade still led to hearing the elevator moving up and down. On the bright side, the yummy chai latte made up for it, and we would book again for that. The service, while accommodating, was slow at times. The location was superb, especially for business travelers, offering easy access to everything we wanted. The dining options were subpar, with limited choices and disappointing quality. Facilities were average overall.
